![]() I learned via Bugzilla that the culprit was a corrupted font, deleted that font, and attempted to re-open GIMP. (Running GIMP 2.0.5 on Mac OS 10.3.7.) It started when I recently encountered a small bug wherein scrolling through the font menu caused GIMP to crash. Any version of GIMP distributed on Uptodown is completely virus-free and free to download at no cost. GIMP is a versatile graphics manipulation package. It includes all the file versions available to download off Uptodown for that app. On the left side, under the “GIMP for macOS” heading (red arrow), you will see a teal/green button labeled “Download GIMP 2.10.12 via BitTorrent.” On the right side, you’ll see an orange button labeled. If it doesn’t say this, you can manually click the “Show downloads for OS X” option to bring up the download options for MAC. It will also remove the version of Gutenprint/Gimp-Print that is included on any Apple OS X install disk. The Gutenprint uninstaller will completely remove any version of Gutenprint/Gimp-Print that was installed with an official Mac OS X installer package provided by the Gimp-Print project. GIMP is a versatile graphics manipulation package. The installer allows you to choose from a large directory of packages.
